Plastic Lumber (Recycle Plastic Lumber) ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?
Plastic Lumber ဆိုတာကတော့ သစ်သားနှင့် ပုံစံဆင်တူတဲ့ recycle ပြုလုပ်ထားတဲ့ plastic တွေကို ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ သူတို့တွေကိုတော့ သစ်သား၊ ကွန်ကရစ်နှင့် သတ္တုတွေနေရာမှာ အစားထိုးအသုံးပြုရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပြီးထုတ်လုပ်ကြပြီး အမျိုးအစားက ၄ မျိူးရှိပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါတွေကတော့ -
1. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Recycled Plastic Lumber - ဒီအမျိုးအစား Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) တွေကတော့ ပလပ်စတစ်နို့ဘူးအဖြူရောင်တွေကို ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့အခါမှာ သုံးတဲ့ HDPE ပလပ်စတစ်အမျိုးအစား ၉၅ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းခန့်ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။
2. Commingled Recycled Plastic Lumber - ဒီအမျိုးအစား Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) တွေကတော့ ပြန်လည်အရည်ကျိုပြီး ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုလို့ရတဲ့ သာမိုပလပ်စတစ်အမျိုးအစားတွေနဲ့ ပြုလုပ်ပြီးတော့ သာမန်အားဖြင့် polyethylene ပလပ်စတစ်အမျိုးအစား ၈၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းမှ ၉၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းထိ ပါဝင်ကြပါတယ်။
3. Wood-Filled Recycled Plastic Lumber - ဒီအမျိုးအစား Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) တွေကတော့ သစ်သားဖြတ်စ (သို့မဟုတ်) အခြားပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုနိုင်သောဖိုင်ဘာများနှင့်ရောနှောပြုလုပ်ထားပါတယ်။ များသောအားဖြင့် LDPE ပလပ်စတစ်အမျိုးအစား ၅၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းခန့်နှင့် (သို့မဟုတ်) အခြားပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုနိုင်သောဖိုင်ဘာအမျိူးအစား ၅၀ ရာခိုင်နှူန်းဖြင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ပြုလုပ်ကြပါတယ်။
4. Fiber-Reinforced Recycled Plastic Lumber - ဒီအမျိုးအစား Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) တွေကတော့ ဖန်စ (သို့မဟုတ်) ဖန်ကြိုးမျှင်များနှင့် ရောနှောပြုလုပ်ထားတဲ့ ပလပ်စတစ်အမျိုးအစားတွေပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

What is Plastic Lumber (Recycle Plastic Lumber)?
Recycled plastic lumber (RPL) is a wood-like product made from recovered plastic or recovered plastic mixed with other materials, which can be used as a substitute for concrete, wood, and metals. There are 4 types of plastic lumber –
1. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Recycled Plastic Lumber – This type of Recycled Plastic Lumber(RPL) consists of up to 95 percent of HDPE (The same material used to make plastic milk jugs).
2. Commingled Recycled Plastic Lumber - Commingled Recycled Plastic Lumber(RPL) is made from mixed recovered thermoplastic (plastic that can be re-melted and remolded). Primarily consisting of 80-90 percent polyethylene (PE).
3. Wood-Filled Recycled Plastic Lumber – Wood-filled Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) is made of plastic mixed with sawdust or other recycled fiber, usually a mix of 50 percent polyethylene (primarily low-density polyethylene or LDPE) and 50 percent sawdust or other recycled fiber.
4. Fiber-Reinforced Recycled Plastic Lumber – Fiber-reinforced Recycled Plastic Lumber (RPL) consists of plastic mixed with chopped or continuous strands of glass fiber.
